Cheers, it's all working now. I enabled presence maps and added an entry
for valet_park. That was the bit I was missing :)
Intercept turns out to be a mixed bag: it's an either/or when it comes
to calls on hold: Any channel can be grabbed regardless of call state,
or it's unbridged/unanswered calls only. There's no option to specify
held calls... at least not without extra XML/lua magic. It works well
enough for the client though, even if it's a bit promiscuous. I can
always tighten up the dial string to block intercepts to certain
extensions.
