You need to use park+my_lot for presence on park and it works. see https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_valet_park#Using_Presence
Intercept is only during ring, you can use some other tools to get the call while it is on hold, e.g. https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Shared_Line_Appearance or https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_three_way https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_eavesdrop

Subject: [Freeswitch-users] Presence on park BLF keys
Hi folks, I've got a couple of questions:
1. Do the default call park examples do BLF presence? I've tried adding @${domain} as per the wiki, but still no joy.
2. Is call_intercept capable of grabbing a call if it's on hold, as opposed to ringing?
Cheers,
Francis
