unfortunately g729 requires patent licensing in pretty much every country. The patent holders do not provide for free use in most situations, regardless if you can find code, it simply is not free. We do provide a low cost option of g729 licensing at $10 a channel (https://billing.freeswitch.org/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=0) , however we can not provide any help on this mailing list at attempts to evade paying for patent fees.
