[Freeswitch-users] Unable to call extension

Hi All,
I have a vanilla debian 7 FreeSWITCH installation with a file called
201.xml in /etc/freeswitch/dialplan/default/

When I dial 201 (from extension 203) it won't ring the extension.
I have included a SIP trace on:
www.rocksolidpbx.co.uk/download/sofia_sip_trace.txt

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
