[Freeswitch-users] trans-coding is not working

no i want to transcode GSM with PCMA so i
       <param name="inbound-zrtp-passthru" value="false"/>
       <param name="inbound-late-negotiation" value="true"/>
to enable late negotiation only for trans-coding.
