To remove the sofia profile dbs assuming a default install path:

rm -f /usr/local/freeswitch/db/sofia_reg*

There may be other db files corrupted in which case you could remove 
them all with:

rm -f /usr/local/freeswitch/db/*

NOTE: this will remove the voicemail preferences and messages table, so 
any preferences will be lost.  I'm not sure if the messages table is 
recreated from disk so you might lose saved/new voicemail messages.
