[Freeswitch-users] answer calls during opening message of fifo

I would lke a welcome message to play when a caller connects to FIFO where
the agents are able to answer their phone while this message is played.

Currently I am using play sound but it does not ring the agent phones during
this messages since fifo has been entered.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
