[Freeswitch-users] Caller ID Name is lost on answer

My Polycom SoundPoint IP 320 shows the Caller-ID name while the phone is
ringing, but as soon as I pick it up, the name is changing to the number.
 E.g. while ringing it says:
Call from: ACME WIDGETS(+14085551212)
but when I pick up the phone it says:
From:+4085551212(+14085551212)

I know I messed something up, but I don't know what.  Any ideas?
