[Freeswitch-users] 486 Busy Here with Reason: Q.850; cause=16; text="NORMAL_CLEARING"

hangup_after_bridge should use the hangup cause of the last successful
bridge, but USER_BUSY may not be a 'successful' bridge.

Put this after the bridge
<action application="log" data="WARN Still here"/>
then reloadxml and see if you get any log entries.
