[Freeswitch-users] mod_opus codec on Windows

You need to apply the patch to freeswitch git repo. Run "git apply
win-opus-build-patch.txt" in the fs root directory.
Also, there was an update on the issue that the patch might not succeed on
current git head, but I didn't have time to try it out myself yet.
