[Freeswitch-users] How to set Callee ID Name globally or on gateway level

Apologies for not being clear.
Hope this explains better of what needs to be achieved.
Currently outbound calls to our International Provider is as follows:
INVITE sip:0987654321 at mydomain.com SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP mydomain.com;rport;branch=z9hG4bK28yXaj1mSrr7S
Max-Forwards: 67
From: "0987654321" <sip:0987654321 at theircomain.com>;tag=Xc4Da7aeSvyge
To: <sip:1234567890 at theirdomain.com>
What we require is as follows:
INVITE sip:0987654321 at mydomain.com SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP mydomain.com;rport;branch=z9hG4bK28yXaj1mSrr7S
Max-Forwards: 67
From: "0987654321" <sip:0987654321 at thiercomain.com>;tag=Xc4Da7aeSvyge
To:"1234567890 " <sip:1234567890 at theirdomain.com>
You will see that the callee_id_name is not in the "current" trace.
It must be set as in the "required" trace.
This should be applied either on the exiting gateway or globally, not
sure which is the correct way to do so.
