[Freeswitch-users] How to set Callee ID Name globally or on gateway level

If it's an inbound call then it should be automatic unless you want to
change it. As Brian said it's hard to tell what you are trying to
accomplish but if you want to change it, you need to set it before you
transfer to another context.
