[Freeswitch-users] One of my extensions Caller ID says Anonymous!

In my directory, I set the variable "effective_caller_id_name" instead of
"internal_caller_id_name".  (I also set the "outbound_caller_id_name"
variable just like your example, although that never seems to get sent to
the PSTN.)
