[Freeswitch-users] Different DTMF behavior???

Any ideas on where to look / how to address DTMF not working from various
lines?

1. 877 number gets forwarded to 214 number = DTMF doesn't work
2. Call 214 directly from anywhere, DTMF works
3. 877 and 214 are on different companies (WindStream - Vitelity
respectively)
4. No one is taking responsibility for this behavior

Can someone point me to some material that I can use to tell them what
could be done?

Thanks for help.
