[Freeswitch-users] FS compilation errored out at building mod_cdr_pg_csv

I do see :

# ldconfig -v | grep pq
	libpqwalreceiver.so -> libpqwalreceiver.so
	libpq.so.5 -> libpq.so.5.4
	libipq.so.0 -> libipq.so.0.0.0

where do I need to add manually? /etc/ld.so.conf.d/?
