[Freeswitch-users] NAT issues - Outbound Call drops after ~30 seconds

Try either enabling upnp on your router or setting ext-sip-ip and
ext-rtp-ip to stun:stun.freeswitch.org, and forward the relevant ports on
your router.

Those are the first things to check.
