As said by Sergey Okhapkin all telephone service providers terminate the
call after
a few minutes of ringing if not answered so answering call is advised.
Looking at
the code of mod_fifo the call is always answered so if you want this kind a
functionality open a feature request in jira (
http://jira.freeswitch.org/ ).
