Hi,
These are all open source softwares and linked with each other that is why I am getting help from everywhere openly :) By the way I am also using FS but my requirement is a bit different indeed. So any ideas about my demand?

I am amazed that no one asked that yet, but ... Why don't you use FreeSWITCH instead? It is a bit strange that you ask Asterisk questions here, don't won't help you on their list? Funny, I've heard that before.... :-)

I am going to monitor the ASR and ACD from the Master.csv file of asterisk (/var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv) & actually the basic requirement is that the script or tool should read the whole file and when ASR, ACD is low from the desired requirement, then we should get an email alert or any notification.
