[Freeswitch-users] ASR & ACD Analysis & Monitoring

Hi Everyone,

First of all I would like to say that I wasn't supposed to ask this question here in this forum that belongs to Free-switch, but I think I can find any help related to Asterisk ASR & ACD monitoring.
So I am in search of a reliable open source tool for the real time monitoring of ASR & ACD (Using Asterisk's Master.csv), so any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
