Is this an issue with the underlying speex lib? It is not possible or hard
to make it work with ptime=40?
If it is possible but not implemented due to lack of users, we could offer a
bounty.
(the issue with x-lite not advertising ptime=40 I think I can solve with
opensips/kamailio in front of FS, by correctlng the SDP).
