[Freeswitch-users] database is locked

I updated (via Git) today an installation of FreeSWITCH I've been running
without incident for a few months. Upon restarting the FreeSWITCH process I
receive at a constant rate these errors:

...switch_core_sqldb.c xxx SQL ERR [database is locked]
...switch_core_sqldb.c xxx SQL ERR [database is locked]
...switch_core_sqldb.c xxx SQL ERR [database is locked]

How should I resolve?
