I updated (via Git) today an installation of FreeSWITCH I&#39;ve been running without incident for a few months. Upon restarting the FreeSWITCH process I receive at a constant rate these errors:<div><br></div><div>...switch_core_sqldb.c xxx SQL ERR [database is locked]</div>
