[Freeswitch-users] Copy custom SIP headers - {sip_copy_custom_headers=true} doesn't seem to be working

Problem seems to be we did not support final responses only 1xx and
200. I think I missed that part of the other guy's report.
Update again to lastest GIT and it should work.
This is one reason we need JIRA for issues of this type because it's
easy to lose track of email threads in a big list like this.
