Yup, that's the current behaviour. The function read_rtp_packet() is
the one taking care of reading from the actual socket and if SRTP or
ZRTP is enabled, then decode the packet. The Proxy media option is
meant to avoid media processing (as in transcoding) but not to avoid
decryption (although is probably possible at least for ZRTP).
