Use pastebin.freeswitch.org<http://pastebin.freeswitch.org> and put the console debug output there. Capture the traffic for both the working and non-working dialplans. Hopefully there will be an error or warning that gives a clue as to what is happening. Hint: use "FreeSWITCH Log" as the syntax highlighting and it will be much easier to read.
