Interesting links - have you tried to remove the attendant-settings
from the FS-wiki and to only apply the settings listed in
spip_ssip_3_1_0RevB_relnotes.pdf resp.

So the BLF-configuration is probably working, but not as
straightforward as documented in the wiki(attendant.uri and stuff).
