ok I wanted to be sure that turn off cdr was not a problem.for other modules (nibble bill for example)

  No side effect? Well, it won't affect the call flow (e.g. variables will still be set), but you won't get any CDRs saved..
  It's all modular, so the mod_xml_cdr or mod_cdr_csv not saving the CDRs won't affect everything else..
