it won't affect the call flow (e.g. variables will still be set), but you
won't get any CDRs saved..
It's all modular, so the mod_xml_cdr or mod_cdr_csv not saving the CDRs
won't affect everything else..

(Oddly, you could even bill via mod_nibblebill but not keep CDRs. Sounds
like a bad idea though.)
