max conns ? you mean in postgresql ? I think postgresql need more
resource if change max client  from 100 to 2000

Now i port mod_limit from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5 it's work for this case. but
i'm not sure about other db connect (core , sofia)
i only use mod_limit.
