Hi,

Definitely all of your questions can't be covered but, if you some
programming knowledge then look for:

- mod_xml_curl
for doing ip based auth
credit checks
basically all of your routing needs
there are good examples on wiki

- mod_xml_cdr
to generate the xml based cdr which you can load into database, search on
list for more details.
