So I have to alter my LCR table to look like:
NPANXX,"LATA","OCN","NTER","INTRA" 1201007,"224","7229","0.0059","0.0127"
1201040,"224","9206","0.0036","0.0036"
instead of:
NPANXX,"LATA","OCN","NTER","INTRA" 201007,"224","7229","0.0059","0.0127"
201040,"224","9206","0.0036","0.0036"
