[Freeswitch-users] rebinding meta_app digit does not work on b-leg

If someone has a few minutes to write up a nice bind_digit_action how-to,
including strategies for handling the b-leg, before Wednesday then we would
appreciate that. If not then let's have this be a subject of discussion on
Wednesday's conf call. This is definitely something that every FS admin
should become familiar with, especially if you are doing any kind of DTMF
input from your callers.
