[Freeswitch-users] rebinding meta_app digit does not work on b-leg

I looked up bind_digit_action, but the documentation was very sparse and
I could not figure out how to specify which leg, nor did it give the
meaning of the parameters.  If someone could explain this more, maybe it
would be useful.
