[Freeswitch-users] Intercom w/ Mute

That's how it is usually implemented on the "old key systems",; people are
used to it and want it.

When you call someone via the intercom the remote side answers automatically
but the microphone is muted. He/she has to pickup the handset/speaker to
have two way audio.
