As usual you are right on the money. I'm so used to doing Sangoma configs
that I forget about the zaptel syntax. I recommend this config:

[span zt PRI_1]
trunk_type => e1
b-channel => 1-15
d-channel => 16
b-channel => 17-31


Give that a try and report back if you have issues.
