[Freeswitch-docs] Old internal links

Hi all —

I've noticed that there seem to be a ton of links in the Confluence wiki
that point to the old wiki. This is really annoying, since you click on a
supposedly helpful link and are immediately presented with modal alerts
telling you you're in the wrong place!

Has there been previous thought put into some kind of automated cleanup?
Even though some content has moved, no doubt just translating the links
very mechanically would get a high percentage of them to work.
