[Freeswitch-docs] First draft of a "Howto write an endpoint module"

Good morning.

I have submitted a "New Endpoints" page to the confluence. It's located
under the "New Modules", as it expands on that topic.

Right now it's marked for confluence-editors and -devs. If anyone has a
chance, I'd appreciate comments. If there's no comments in a weeks, I'll
unlock it for public view.

I had to add some anchors to "New Modules", I hope that's ok Italo.
