[Freeswitch-docs] Some moves

Good morning all,

I moved a few more. The interesting one is "Abstraction Interfaces".
This is really a guide for the core-development guys. But there isn't
much in the confluence tree that addresses them.

So I popped it under
Community/ContributingCode/NewModules/AbstractionInterface for now, but
I left it visible only to the core-dev group and us.

Shall I create a top-level topic for "Development" or "Internals" or
"FreeSWITCH-Core" or something along those lines?
