[Freeswitch-docs] Where do I place the new page?

The Examples tree is temporary. 

It is best to post examples in the sections to which they apply since people
will be looking there already for similar subject matter. So dialplan
examples should go under Dialplan, examples of how to set up nibblebill
should go under mod_nibblebill, and so on.

But for now it is not so important as the outline in the left pane can be
rearranged easily, no worries. The sooner we move all the pages off the old
wiki, the better.
