[Freeswitch-docs] FS-8404 / Defaulting to PCMU/PCMA if you comment out codec settings.

Because the PCMU at 48k was the last codec to be registered, no codecs
picked wouldn't negotiate PCMU 8k because it wasn't the last PCMU codec in
the linked list to be registered.
