[Freeswitch-docs] Black background in code snippets

Monospace is completely fine -- probably it makes sense to make the
default font one size point smaller.

I just want a readable document, as it's not a terminal screen and not
a Emacs window (I actually use Emacs, but with white background and
syntax hiliting turned off :-)

Also it would be cool to have it printer-friendly, although it's
ridiculous to print those pages out :)
