[Freeswitch-docs] Improving links that go to the old wiki

Ido, When moving pages to confluence, sometimes it's impossible to add the
correct links as other pages hasn't been moved yet.

Mario, yes we need a mechanism to track this and ideally if the community
can help cleaning and reporting it will be great.
I normally leave a note on the spreadsheet when some links need to be
reviewed:

but this is not ideal for community to participate.

+1 for a page to report bad links.
