[Freeswitch-docs] Improving links that go to the old wiki

I think there should be a wiki page just for reporting bad links. When I converted pages (I think almost 200), some pages had many many links I converted. I did thorough testing but sometimes it took up to 3 tests to correct them all even though there is an external links status for each page.

Anyway, there should be an easy and central way for readers to report bad links, this could be updated as links are fixed. If they use comments at the bottom of each page the problem is they stay there. It would be better to resolve and deleted the note.
