[Freeswitch-docs] Docs Team permissions fixed

Hi,

I still cannot delete a page that I created, is it the desired permissions
for the doc team?

In regards of the spreadsheet, I added the 8 persons that were in the first
mail, we will need to keep adding the new comers upon request.
