[Freeswitch-dev] clonable repo for mod_skel package?

This page says to use the mod_skel Debian package as the starting point
for a new module:

Following the link, I get to:

which has the folder structure and some skeleton files for a new
module.  It even has a Clone button.  But I can't clone it because the
Git URL is for SSH, and I have no login or keys registered.

How do I clone the mod_skel Debian package template?
