[Freeswitch-dev] mirror to GitHub?

Hi,

I know that the freeswitch repo has some compatibility issues with GitHub,
with the two multi-author commits made some time ago.

I recently was able to push a clone of freeswitch to GitHub by filing a
ticket and asking them to disable the strict checking for those objects.

Now that there is a way to do so, it might be worth setting up a mirror of
freeswitch to GitHub. Many projects that host their main git repo elsewhere
still find value in keeping a GitHub mirror. I personally would find it
useful. https://help.github.com/articles/about-github-mirrors/

It's just a thought, now that there is a way around the previous technical
limitation.

Thanks,

Adam
