That is exactly what mod_cv does but there is not really any documentation
Maybe you can visit us on hipchat during business hours CDT and we can
explain it a bit.
You can get guest access over http
Or better yet, you can get an account at https://freeswitch.org/jira
Then get the client for your devices at https://www.hipchat.com/downloads
Choose the option for "dedicated server" and use hipchat.freeswitch.org and
your JIRA credentials.
