[Freeswitch-dev] Video build deps for CentOS 6

The proper thing to do here is that we document this so that the FreeSWITCH
Team can get these building on the FreeSWITCH Bamboo Cluster and publish
proper RPMs where possible.

Any patches to things in the FreeSWITCH Repo need to be submitted via a Pull
Request in stash.


Just a reminder, FreeSWITCH is licensed under the MPL1.1 and there is a
requirement that patches to FreeSWITCH are returned to the FreeSWITCH
Project.
