[Freeswitch-dev] How to create extensions programmatically through .net ?

I have recently setup the fusionpbx server with freeswitch and my scenario
is off a mobile app registration which triggers a creation of an
extension.My backed logic is based on .net framework.

Can anyone direct me whether this can be done using Freeswitch.Managed.dll
or it is simply done via web api??
