1. Do you have SIP traces of calls that do and do not get the extension? If
so, post to pastebin.freeswitch.org and the gang here will take a look.
2. It depends on where the "tick" sound comes from. It may be best to play
a brief audio call right after the hangup/tick that says "call continuing"
or something like that.
